Alchemy

Alchemy is a copper sculpture created by Brazilian-born artist Saint Clair Cemin specifically for the new restaurant. The work explores wine as an alchemical substance, the result of transforming grapes, earth, and light into a material capable of altering perception and bringing people together. Its reflective surface evokes the spiritual and Dionysian dimension of wine.
